Goal

Upgrade Priority 1 evidence for the Atlas using only existing Victor C. Li book-derived files. Focus on Chapter 2 equations/criteria and Chapter 4 direct tension/crack width evidence.

Non-negotiable constraints

Deliverables

1. Chapter 2 normalized equations/evidence file

Create:

Must include:

• normalized list of key parameters and criteria, including σ_o, σ_fc, J_b0, J_tip, σ(δ), and any found equation references.
• strength criterion and energy criterion explanation.
• robust strain-hardening margin statements if supported by existing Chapter 2 evidence.
• an explicit needs verification marker for any equation number/page/figure not directly supported.

2. Chapter 4 key evidence file

Create:

Must include sections:

• Direct tension
• Tensile strain capacity
• Crack width and crack spacing/distribution
• Flexure
• Shear
• Compression
• Fatigue
• Creep

For each section, include:

• Atlas nodes affected
• evidence status: book-extracted, needs page verification, or needs original figure/table verification

3. Claim-evidence matrix CSV

Create UTF-8-sig CSV:

• recommended next task

5. Minimal concept-node updates

Only if safe and directly supported by the new evidence files, add a short section titled:
