Goal

Use the now-verified 13-paper claim-evidence matrix to add concise, traceable ## Foundational evidence sections to the highest-priority ECC Research Atlas concept / experiment nodes.

This pass should convert the verified paper matrix into human-readable concept-node evidence, while preserving the seed narrative already present in the nodes.

Do not edit 06_lab_position/ or lab-specific nodes.

Required section format

For each target file, insert or replace one section with this heading:

## Foundational evidence

Inside it, include:

1. 3-8 bullets, depending on evidence strength.
2. Each bullet should have: - concise claim; - paper card link in Markdown wiki style or relative path; - status tag from matrix, e.g. [verified_from_full_text] or [verified_from_source_note]; - short evidence note. Keep it concise.
3. If a node has weak evidence, explicitly say Evidence depth: limited / single-paper within current foundational set.
4. Avoid long quotations.
5. Do not invent figure/page/equation numbers.
6. If the matrix row is verified_from_source_note, use phrase like source-note verified; full-text spot-check pending only if necessary. But do not imply it is ungrounded.
7. For fiber_bridging_law.md, include both: - Li & Leung 1992 base constant-friction / snubbing model; - Lin & Li 1997 slip-hardening extension; - Yang et al. 2008 two-way debonding / micro-spalling / Cook-Gordon refinement.
8. For strain_hardening_criteria.md, include both strength criterion and energy criterion, plus Kanda & Li 2006 robust margins 1.3 and 2.7.
9. For flaw_design.md, include Wang & Li 2004 artificial flaw tailoring, Tosun-Felekoglu 2013 fiber/flaw analysis, Lu et al. 2018 μCT flaw cross-section result.
10. For fiber_dispersion.md and processing_rheology.md, include Li & Wang 2006, Zhou et al. 2012, Li & Li 2012/2013, Tosun-Felekoglu 2013.

Backlinks and consistency

• Do not remove existing ## Linked nodes sections.
• If ## Foundational evidence already exists, replace that section only.
• If absent, insert it after the concept summary / main definition section, before ## Linked nodes if possible.
• Preserve existing content outside the section.

Deliverables

1. Updated 10 target files.
2. Create:

07_visualization/concept_foundational_evidence_update_report.md

Report must include:

• which files were updated;
• number of bullets inserted per file;
• matrix rows used per file;
• any weak-evidence notes;
• no-protected-dir modification confirmation.

3. Create JSON summary:

Constraints

• Do not modify raw PDFs, extracted text, source notes, 06_lab_position/, or source folders.
• Do not edit paper cards in this pass.
• Do not change the claim-evidence matrix in this pass.
• Keep the sections concise and readable.
• Use English technical terms as in the Atlas nodes; Korean is not required inside the node files.

Verification before finishing

Verify:

1. All 10 target files contain ## Foundational evidence.
2. Each section contains at least 3 bullets except if intentionally limited, but still explain evidence depth.
3. Report exists.
4. Summary JSON exists and parses.
5. Protected dirs untouched.
