Assumptions

1. The book-anchored backbone in concept_graph_expanded.json should be preserved unchanged; the fuller graph is additive.
2. Candidate edges may be emitted without direct book-text verification as long as the source Markdown node already contains the link or the cross_link_map.md cluster implies it. Promotion to status = confirmed is deferred to the evidence-upgrade phase.
3. The ## Linked nodes header is the canonical wiki-link section for the Atlas going forward. Korean concept files keep their pre-existing ## 연결 개념 section and gain a parallel ## Linked nodes section rather than replacing the Korean one.
4. The 04_material_systems/engineered_geopolymer_composites.md node is treated as an in-scope material variant; if it is judged professor-specific it can be moved out of the candidate graph later without breaking the plan.
5. Priority 2 CSV artifacts use utf-8-sig per user convention. Existing edge_list_expanded.csv and the new full_graph_candidate_edges.csv are ASCII-only so encoding is compatible.

Unresolved blockers

1. Full-graph JSON is not yet produced. It should be built by merging concept_graph_expanded.json with the confirmed subset of full_graph_candidate_edges.csv after review.
2. Chapter 4, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, and Chapter 10 *_key_evidence.md files do not yet exist. The evidence upgrade plan lists them as required outputs; they are the natural next deliverables.
3. Paper cards under 03_papers/ are not yet linked into the graph. Deferred to a follow-up checkpoint.
4. matrix_fracture_toughness and single_fiber_pullout are referenced as wiki-links from concept files but have no dedicated Markdown node. They should either become new concept nodes or be renamed to existing ones.
5. Lab-position integration under 06_lab_position/ remains deferred per PROJECT_RULES.md.

Recommended next task for Claude

Priority 1 evidence upgrade. Concretely:

1. Read 00_sources/victor_li_book/chapter2_key_evidence.md and 00_sources/victor_li_book/claim_evidence_tables/02 micromechanics_claim_evidence_seed.md.
2. Produce 00_sources/victor_li_book/chapter2_equations_normalized.md with cleaned versions of Eq. 2.1–2.5 and their symbols, marking any figure or page numbers that cannot be verified as needs verification.
3. Produce 00_sources/victor_li_book/chapter4_key_evidence.md mirroring the Chapter 2 evidence style.
4. Produce 07_visualization/chapter2_chapter4_claim_evidence_matrix.csv (utf-8-sig) listing each atlas-node claim, its chapter, section, page, equation/figure, and status.
5. Upgrade the six Priority 1 concept files by replacing 추가 검증 필요 / Evidence to extract next bullets with concrete book-anchored citations where the evidence file supports it, and keep remaining items marked needs verification.

After Priority 1 closes, proceed to Priority 2 (Chapter 7 + Chapter 8) using the same pattern, then Priority 3.
