Full Graph — Foundational Pass
Book-anchor note: "Foundational" in this filename refers to the foundational-paper support layer, not to the Atlas's primary foundation. The Atlas's primary anchor is the Victor C. Li 2019 book; the edges here connect Atlas concept nodes to their supporting foundational-paper cards.
Purpose: human-readable companion to 07_visualization/full_graph_foundational.json. Consolidates high-level ECC concept graph with the five new concept nodes and the foundational edges promoted from candidate to confirmed on the basis of the foundational paper cards.
Do not overwrite concept_graph_expanded.json. This is an additive artifact.

Notes on evidence
- All evidence references are paper card filenames under
03_papers/. Numerical values inside the paper cards that are stillneeds verificationare not treated as verified here; only the qualitative relations are confirmed. - DOI, page numbers, figure numbers, and specific numerical thresholds remain marked
