Foundational Claim-Evidence Matrix — Verification Report (Batch 1)

Book-anchor note: The Victor C. Li 2019 book is the Atlas's primary anchor. This foundational-paper matrix is the supporting / verification layer that verifies and deepens the book-anchored Atlas claims.

Scope

First verification pass over 07_visualization/foundational_papers_claim_evidence_matrix.csv targeting rows tagged needs_page_verification (3) and needs_figure_table_verification (5), plus a DOI / bibliographic ledger for six key papers.
